Rendering in Lydd, Kent

The rendering on this project in Lydd, Kent was completed by our applicators using a Parex mineral render system. The substrate was made up of  lightweight blocks which required a stabiliser coat of Parex Microgobetis to control suction. Our applicators then spray applied a monocouche render (one coat render) system. The render was a grey Parex Monorex with a reinforcing mesh incorporated throughout (the mesh is installed for added flexibility and reduce the risk of cracking). The grey render on this project has been complimented nicely by the oak weatherboarding.
