This is dependant on the type of paint used as the new render system will be relying on its bond to the substrate. In some circumstances External Wall Insulation can be a more cost effective option than extensive preparation of previosuly rendered/painted substrates.
Yes, we will issue you with a payment plan depending on the size of your project, the payments will be split into either 2 or 3 payments, with a deposit of 40%. This is required in order to secure the start date of the works and allocation of labour and ordering of materials
No, unfortunately the render products we apply are often mis-sold by others as completely maintenence-free!
In reality, you will at some point need to maintain it. When and how often is dependant on variables including your property's proximity to the coast and tree cover and if particular walls/elevations are shaded from sunlight. EnviroRend can apply additional coatings to help keep your property looking better for longer.
N.B. A silicone render system is both more durable and crack-resistant than monocouche.
